Partner standards & responsible promotion
Good partnerships start with transparent traffic, accurate promotion and clear campaign permissions. This guide explains what publishers and advertisers should prepare, check and report when working with Click Lead Media LLC. It supports campaign onboarding and day-to-day operations; it does not replace your signed agreement, approved offer terms or applicable law.

Campaign operations: Operations@clicklead.media
These standards cover campaign applications, traffic sources, promotional materials and tracking integrations. Requirements depend on the audience location, channel, offer and data involved. Resolve unclear requirements with Operations before launch. Platform access alone does not authorize a campaign or promotional method.
Partner review
Provide accurate business and contact details, the websites or placements you control, your target markets and a clear explanation of how you acquire traffic. Identify any sub-publishers or other parties involved in delivery. Be prepared to provide relevant examples and evidence of your authority to use the properties, brands or materials you submit.
Advertisers should provide the offer, landing pages, conversion definition, permitted markets, validation criteria and restrictions. Publishers should confirm that their audience and methods fit those requirements. Obtain campaign-specific approval before sending traffic; approval for one offer does not carry over to another.
Traffic disclosure
Describe the actual source and user journey, including paid search, social, content, email, SMS, incentives or third-party distribution where relevant. Disclose redirects, pre-landing pages and sub-publisher arrangements. Do not disguise traffic origins or use undeclared sources. Confirm approval before materially changing a source, placement, creative or targeting approach.
Promotions must be accurate and understandable. Make advertising and affiliate relationships clear where required, and obtain the permissions or consent required for the channel and audience. Do not use fabricated testimonials, misleading endorsements, impersonation or false promises of prizes, savings or results.
Campaign restrictions
Follow the approved countries, audiences, traffic channels, creatives, budgets or caps, conversion events and validation rules. Confirm whether brand bidding, incentives, email, SMS, sub-publishers or particular placements are permitted instead of assuming they are allowed.
Do not submit bot traffic, fabricated or stolen identities, manipulated conversions, cookie stuffing, forced clicks or unauthorized tracking. Do not distribute malware, collect credentials deceptively or bypass eligibility checks. Offers involving sweepstakes, surveys, software or subscriptions must accurately explain relevant participation conditions, charges and recurring commitments.
Commercial email must use truthful sender information and subject lines and provide the required identification and opt-out facilities. Consent rules differ by market and channel; do not assume one country's rules authorize a worldwide campaign. Review the official guidance linked below and resolve jurisdiction-specific questions before launch.
Monitoring and escalation
Check your campaign reports and traffic-quality feedback regularly. Compare clicks, conversions, rejected outcomes and unusual changes against your own records. Everflow is the network's tracking platform; advertisers can connect their own platforms through an agreed server-to-server integration. A reported conversion is not, by itself, confirmation that it is eligible for payment.
If you identify suspected fraud, misleading promotion, unauthorized data use or a compromised placement, pause the affected activity where you control it and report the concern to Abuse@clicklead.media. Send tracking and implementation issues to Operations@clicklead.media. Avoid sending passwords, API secrets or unnecessary personal data.
Investigation process
A useful report includes the campaign or offer identifier, relevant URL, dates and time zone, a description of the issue and redacted screenshots or reference IDs. Preserve relevant evidence and explain any action already taken. If sensitive records are necessary, ask the team to agree an appropriate transfer method first.
Partners should cooperate with reasonable requests for source details, creative versions, approval records and tracking evidence. Any review should distinguish technical errors from traffic-quality or policy concerns. The scope, required evidence and next steps should be confirmed for the specific case; this guide does not promise a fixed response or resolution time.
Corrective action
Depending on the issue and applicable agreement, next steps may include correcting a creative or integration, removing a placement, restricting a source, pausing a campaign or reviewing account access. Resume affected activity only after the relevant requirements and approvals are confirmed.
Conversion validation, payment adjustments, suspension and termination are governed by the applicable agreement and campaign terms. This guide does not create an automatic right to withhold payment or impose penalties. Raise disputed findings with supporting evidence through Operations; send invoice and reconciliation questions to Billing@clicklead.media.
Record keeping
Keep the records needed to explain your campaign activity: offer terms, source approvals, creative and landing-page versions, relevant permission or consent evidence, tracking tests and communications about reported issues. Limit access to people who need it and protect records against unauthorized disclosure or alteration.
Retention must reflect applicable legal requirements, contractual obligations and the purpose of the record. Do not retain personal data indefinitely or gather extra personal information solely for this checklist. Agree any necessary evidence-preservation steps when a concern is being reviewed.
Questions and campaign changes
